FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How does the membership work? You pay a monthly fee and receive a set number of studio hours at a discounted rate. You can book your hours anytime the studio is available. 2. Do my hours reset every month? Yes. Your included hours renew every month on your billing date. 3. Can unused hours roll over? Hours do not roll over. Each month starts with a fresh set of hours so the membership stays simple, predictable, and ensures fair access for all members. Most photographers use their hours comfortably within the month, and the reset helps keep your workflow on track. 4. Can I share my membership with someone else? No. Memberships are for individual photographers only and cannot be shared or transferred. 5. What if I need more hours? You can purchase additional hours at your discounted member rate, depending on your tier. Extra hours must be paid before booking. 6. How far in advance can I book? Members can book studio time atleast 48hours in advance by emailing info@makemefancystudios.ca. We will respond within 12 hours. 7. What happens if I cancel a booking? Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will return to your available hours. Late cancellations or no-shows will still count as used hours. 8. Can I bring clients, models, or assistants? Yes! You may bring anyone needed for your shoot. You are responsible for your guests. 9. What if I damage equipment or props? Accidents happen — but any damage caused by misuse will be billed at the cost of repair or replacement. 10. Can I pause or cancel my membership? Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership with 30 days' notice. 11. What if my payment fails? Your membership will be placed on hold until the payment is updated. If not resolved within 48 hours, bookings may be cancelled. 12. Do you offer refunds? No, memberships and unused hours are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership atleast 10 days before the next billing cycle. Fees are charged 5 days before the next month begins. 13. Can I book outside of my scheduled time? No. Members must only be in the studio during their reserved booking times. 14. Do you allow video shoots? Yes, as long as your shoot fits within your booked hours and does not damage the space or disturb other clients. 15. What if I don't know which membership to choose? Here’s a quick guide: Creator Pass ($299): 1–2 shoots per month Pro Pass ($399): 2–4 shoots per month Elite Pass ($499): Weekly shooting or high volume If in doubt, start with the Pro Pass.

Photographer Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Make Me Fancy Studios Membership Program. By joining any membership tier, you agree to the following terms and conditions.These policies help us keep the studio fair, safe, and accessible for all members.

1. Membership Overview

  • Memberships renew monthly on the same date you signed up.

  • Your membership includes a set number of studio hours each month based on your selected tier.

  • Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted.

2. Booking Studio Time

  • All studio hours must be booked in advance through our booking system.

  • Bookings are subject to studio availability.

  • Members may book in 1-hour or 2-hour blocks.

  • Your hours will be automatically deducted from your monthly balance after each session.

3. Extra Hours

  • If you use more than your monthly hours, additional hours will be billed at your discounted member rate.

  • Extra hours must be paid before or at the time of booking.

4. Roll-Over Hours

  • Unused hours may roll over for 30 days.

  • After 30 days, unused hours expire and cannot be refunded or credited.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the booked hours being deducted from your balance.

  • No refunds or credits are issued for missed sessions.

6. Studio Rules

To keep the environment clean and safe for all members:

  • Treat equipment, props, backdrops, and sets with care.

  • Clean up after your session and return items to their original condition.

  • Damage caused by misuse will be billed at repair or replacement cost.

  • No smoking or illegal substances are allowed in the studio.

  • Please respect your start and end times so sessions do not overlap.

7. Guests & Clients

  • You may bring clients, models, or assistants as needed.

  • You are fully responsible for all guests during your booking.

  • Guests must follow all studio rules.

8. Membership Changes

  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership with 30 days' notice.

  • There are no refunds for unused time if you cancel mid-month.

9. Payments & Billing

  • Membership fees are billed monthly to the card on file.

  • Failed payments must be resolved within 48 hours to avoid suspension of membership.

  • Hourly overages will be automatically charged.

10. Studio Access

  • Members may only be in the studio during their booked time.

  • Access outside of your scheduled hours is not permitted.

11. Photography Usage

  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases and usage rights.

  • The studio is not responsible for disputes arising from your client sessions.

12. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to terminate a membership if:

  • Studio rules are repeatedly violated

  • Property is damaged

  • Payments are not completed

  • The space is misused or abused

No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.

13. Agreement

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined on this page.
